We are one of the blessed ones in the adoption process. As of today we are the proud new parents of Mihret Asnakech Brandt.
She officially passsed court as of today and now we will work the process of securing travel arrangements and doing all the required paperwork to get her American Passport and Visa.
We will travel to Ethiopia, Lord willing, in mid-January to bring her home to her new forever family. Right now Lisa, Stirling and I plan on travelling to Ethiopia to bring her home.
Thanks to everyone for your prayers and support as we waited. We will keep you updated on our process over the next month.
